l have many strengths: first point, strong coding skills; second point, good math foundation; third point, rich project experience; fourth point, good research potential,But My greatest strength is my diligence, I often teach myself some techniques late into the night
My biggest downfall is that when there are multiple scenarios, I always want to be on top of everything, which causes me to procrastinate a little bit when making decisions
I can be careless sometimes and make some avoidable mistakes, but I'm working hard to change that.

I have participated in many competitions and won national awards in several mathematical modeling competitions, especially the American College Mathematical Modeling Competition. In addition, I have won programming awards such as the second national prize in the Blue Bridge Cup. I have also won a number of national awards in the English language category such as the National First Prize in the National College Student English Contest.

There are 43 compulsory courses for my major, including advanced mathematics, data structure, computer network and etc.
My favorite course is Data Structures. It challenges me to think critically with a logical mindset. It also pushes the boundaries of my problem-solving skills. The course covers a wide range of topics, including linked lists, stacks, queues, and trees, which provide a solid foundation for understanding the fundamental principles of organizing and managing data efficiently.
==What direction are you interested in?==
I am interested in computer vision and federated learning.
Computer vision fascinates me because it allows computers to interpret and understand visual information, leading to applications like image recognition and object detection.
Federated learning was my earliest exposure to academic work, and I really enjoy this direction and it emphasizes privacy protection
==what role you play in your object==
Since the original student dropped out, I was responsible for the whole project, including writing the code, realizing the innovative ideas, searching and reading all kinds of literature, and so on.
==describe a book you like==
I love reading Those Things in the Ming Dynasty, it gives us the whole history of the Ming Dynasty in a funny and humorous language and is one of my favorite historical novels.
==please talk about your major==
I am majoring in Information Management and Information Systems, which is an intersection of management and computer science, where I am not only learning computer-related technologies such as system development and deep learning, but also taking courses in management and economics.In addition, I am also taking some technical courses on my own.
**==what quality is important do you think in research?==**
I think it is persistence and hard work, when encountering difficulties, do not think of escaping but actively solve the problem, scientific research is not a quick fix. Of course, interest is the greatest teacher, and it helps to overcome difficulties.
==What do you think of artificial intelligence?==
Artificial intelligence is one of the hottest direction in computer science field. With the rapid development of technology, it has great application potential in various industries. The application of artificial intelligence has penetrated into people’s daily lives and brought convenience and improvement to us. As practitioner in the computer industry, we're supposed to understand it, accept it and use our professional knowledge to enrich it and improve it, so that it can serve the mankind better.

The biggest difficulty I encountered was that I often learn some programming skills on my own, but I also had a lot of classes during the week, which resulted in me having to study in a limited amount of time, which I ended up solving by organizing my time wisely during the week and doing night studies

My favorite programming language is java, it is my entry to learn the first language, based on object-oriented thinking, this language is very easy to learn, I use it to do a lot of system development work such as e-commerce mall web end development.I also use it a lot to practice my algorithms
What is the biggest help for the lab?
In the lab, my independent thinking and practical skills were strengthened, and my English level gradually increased during the research process.
How do you feel about your progress to date?
I think I did well in school. But I am clear that I still have a long way to walk to realize my dream and achieve myself-value. I will try my best.
What is the worst thing you have heard about our university?
To tell the truth, I don’t completely know our university, I know it only by internet and some students, so I don’t randomly value it, but during my preparing this interview, I obtained some helps coming from our university and I very appreciate them. In a word, I have very good impression about our university
What would you like to be doing five years after graduation?
During my graduate studies, if I find that I am suited to academic research, I will choose to pursue a Ph.D. If not, I will consider a career in business.
What impressed you most in the undergraduate life?
I think it's an experience when I participated in a Mathematical modeling competition when I was a sophomore. I just have learned litte knowledge of machine learning at the time,so When it came time to start solving the problem, we were met with an unprecedented challenge. Our team were learning and working while doing this project, and finally completed it. This is the first time for me to participate in a machine learning related project. From scratch, our team has experienced the entire process of machine learning projects including data preprocessing, feature engineering,*model training and algorithm tuning, which impressed me most.
Please introduce a day of your college life.
My day typically goes like this: If I have classes in the morning, I'll attend them; otherwise, I'll head to the library for self-study. After a brief lunch break, I continue studying. In the evenings, I either go for a run at the field or play ping-pong.

I think ChatGPT can help us learn more efficiently, in the past, for example, when we encountered an error in a program, we always kept looking for it on csdn and other websites, now we can just ask ChatGPT and choose from several possible solutions, which likewise reduces the teacher's burden.
Can you talk about your learning methods ?
First of all, I think interest is the best teacher. Therefore, I love learning from the bottom of my heart, so I am full of joy and motivation in every learning process. I will go through the textbooks again and again to be satisfied with discovering new knowledge. Secondly, I will also deepen my understanding by relating what I have learned to the real world, and my favorite is to integrate what I have learned into philosophical principles.
